What we do with your information

Short answer: quote your tree work, call you back, and nothing else.

The short version

We collect what you hand us so we can quote and schedule tree work: the form on this site, and phone calls, which may be recorded. We do not sell any of it, we do not run ad trackers, and if you want your information gone, you call and we delete it.

The quote form

Four things come through the quote form: who you are, a number to reach you, where the tree stands, and what it’s doing. We use it to call you back, quote the job, and schedule it. Requests and job notes are kept the way any small outfit keeps its records — so that when you call two years later about the other tree, we know what happened with the first one.

Phone calls

Calls to and from our number may be recorded, so quotes and addresses do not get lost between the yard and the calendar. Oklahoma is a one-party-consent state (13 O.S. § 176.4), which means recording a call is lawful when one party to it — in this case, us — consents. We would rather you simply know: assume calls may be recorded, and if you would prefer not to be, say so at the start of the call and we will take notes by hand instead.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or social-media trackers. Our hosting keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, page requested, time — which we use only to keep the site running and secure.

Things this site does not do

There are no accounts to create and no passwords to forget. The site does not ask for payment information, and none passes through it. There are no newsletter lists, so submitting the quote form signs you up for exactly one thing: a phone call about your tree. If you ever receive marketing that claims to come from us, it did not, and we would like to hear about it.

Sharing

Nobody buys or rents your information from us. It is shared only with the services that make the business run — for example, the phone system that carries and records calls, or the hosting that serves this page — or if the law requires it. Those providers get the minimum needed to do their job and no license to use it for anything else.

Removing your information

Call (405) 578-5525 and ask. We will delete your form entries and call recordings, except records we are required to keep, such as invoices for completed work.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date at the top. No notification theater; just check the date.
